Good to know

The annexe is a bright, open-plan space with high beamed ceilings, featuring a fireplace, air conditioning, king-sized bed, dining table, TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette. At the rear, there's a small bathroom with a shower. Outside, enjoy a decked patio with a private sauna, perfect after a chilly swim at the beach. Also a corner sofa that catches the sun all day, ideal for an evening glass of wine. WIFI: Full Fibre Gigafast Broadband (The fastest) The Neighbourhood: Falmouth is a vibrant town full of soul, featuring a brilliant selection of independent shops, cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our favourite eateries include Beach House, Bodega, MINE, IndiDog, Verdant Seafood Bar, and Sabzi. Falmouth is perfect for beach days, with three beaches right next to us. Gyllyngvase Beach, one of the most popular, offers a sheltered bay ideal for swimming and the award-winning Gylly Beach Café, a perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing drink while gazing out to sea. Just up the road, Castle Beach sits below the Tudor landmark Pendennis Castle. Nearby Swanpool Beach invites you to feast on fresh mussels after a dip in the water. There's much to explore in the local area too. A ferry from the nearby harbour takes you to the stunning St Mawes, known for its superb dining and historic castle. Watch for dolphins, which often accompany the boats! The coastline between Flushing and Restronguet Passage is a local secret, featuring the stunning Carrick Roads and Restronguet Creek. One of the best walks is from Mylor Bridge along the coast path to the Pandora Inn, a historic thatched pub with a big jetty filled with picnic tables, where you can enjoy a beer while watching people paddle and crab in the water. The Local Area: The property is located in Falmouth, with everything just a stone's throw away, so you won't need a car to explore this wonderful town. For adventures beyond Falmouth, we recommend bringing a car. Free parking is available on the street, and plenty of spaces (which is hard to find in Falmouth!). Falmouth boasts excellent transport links to the rest of Cornwall and the UK. Falmouth Town station is a short walk away, offering regular trains to and from Truro. From Truro, you can catch a fast train to London Paddington, stopping at Exeter, Bristol, and Reading along the way.

Loved staying here! Was a beautiful space to be in with lots of little touches that made us feel at home. We loved the fire and being able to have a daily sauna after a sea swim 😍 The layout worked brilliantly and meant that even though we stayed for a week full week it never felt cramped. The mini oven was a great addition and meant we could have a few easy meals without needing to go out. Would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay. The hosts were genuinely welcoming and made everything easy from start to finish. The place was spotless, comfortable, and in a really convenient spot for getting around Falmouth. The sauna was a brilliant bonus, perfect way to unwind after a day out. Overall, a great experience and we’d happily stay again.

Superbly located, a stones throw away from the beach and excellent eateries. We stayed for 2 nights with a dog, and found the accomadation had everything we needed. The hosts were attentive providing thorough itineries of places to check out and try; which was most useful. The space is clean and private, being fully self contained with a dog safe garden. We'd stay here again. A*

We absolutely loved our stay at Little Pines. It looked exactly like the photos, and if anything - more spacious! It was really modern and clean, with really comfy bedding, a lovely bathroom with a great shower, and a kitchen with everything you could ever need. It smelt lovely in the room too. It was less than a 10 minute walk to Gylly Beach which was lovely - as we went for dinner at the café. The food is delicious there by the way, defo recommend. We also obviously loved having a sauna. We're big sauna fanatics and to have a private one was amazing. We used it every day and it was really easy to use - it heats up very quick and gets very nice and hot! The hosts were lovely too. They checked in on us whilst we were staying, were very responsive and and helpful. They also provided lots of recommendations, info and guidance for our stay. Overall we're very happy and you'll definitely see us again!
