We loved the view and the over all quality fit and finish of this great apartment. The shower is Fantastic and the kitchen is beautiful. But only book this place if you are able bodied. The location is tricky, with very little parking near by and the steps down to the apartment are very narrow and steep. But when you have negotiated this you are rewarded with an amazing place to stay.(AMAZING VIEW.)

We just had a really relaxing stay, it all felt very easy. (2 adults, a teenager and a dachshund) The cottage is a lovely spacious home, very clean in a beautiful location. Carefully considered with everything you might need for washing up, as well as dishwasher tablets, rinse-aid, and laundry tablets. Loads of clean, new-looking crockery, cutlery, glassware and decent sized mugs. With an oven, induction hob, 4 slice toaster, kettle and microwave there is everything you would want to feel at home. The utility room is brilliant, with tumble dryer and an airing rack. The cottage had a lovely feel to it, filled with books, records and artwork. The vast windowed wall has a built in window seat running the length of it, inviting you to sit and enjoy the view. Similarly the vast dining table allows you to enjoy your meal whilst surveying the rolling landscape. The village is really well serviced. Post Office open 7 days per week plus a well stocked, viillage store open 7 days per week until 8pm. Plus a cafe, butchers and pub. Clean well stocked Lidl 10-15 minutes drive away, and a Sainsburys, but this was a bit tired. Penryn University campus only 10-15 minutes away too, so easy to get to and 20 minutes to Falmouth. A car charger would be a bonus, but if you're travelling along the A38, there is a great stop off 80 miles from Fairview, https://strawberryfieldslifton.co.uk/pages/buckfastleigh-farm-shop with rapid chargers and a lovely cafe. I thought the mattress felt a bit tired... but I slept like a log so it clearly wasn't a problem.

Flat 2 Mill House is absolutely beautiful! Our host was professional and shared every detail we needed throughout our stay. Such a lovely personal touch — we really appreciated the coffee capsules, tea, and cookies waiting for us 🫖🍪 The parking entrance is extremely narrow and tight — it can be quite tricky getting in, so take your time. Otherwise it was wonderful and we’d definitely recommend!

I've stayed in The Liner many times. This was my first stay in this particular flat but it's always a beautiful building and location. The gated car park with a guaranteed parking space that's easily accessible is invaluable in Falmouth, so it's always greatly appreciated. The Coop downstairs is really helpful, and the building itself is very secure and clean. My hire car was parked in the car park and I came down to use it after having it parked two days and it had been damaged :( This was a massive hassle, but not the fault of the flat owners, obviously. Downside to an uncovered parking space, but it was a huge inconvenience.

Absolutely stunning! Well thought out decor, beautifully clean and tidy. Kitchen well equipped. Location was perfect and loved all the little kind gestures here and there! The canoes were a blast 😂 thank you for the best stay, we will be back!!!

Well equipped and spotlessly clean, great central location and lovely sea views Noisy carpark below on Friday and especially Saturday nights, boy racers and teenagers until the early hours. No problem on Sunday, so assume weekday nights are ok.

the area was nice, near the beach, easy to get to. very modern inside, had everything you could need. nice view and area to sit outside, very private a bit of a maze to get to the appartment once in the building, could do with a few signs for directions to the lift, not the owners fault, just what the building itself needs

Great location, parking at the house (very good to have in Falmouth), clearly lots of thought put into making this a great home from home for guests. It had plenty of space for our family of four (my kids delighted to have a room each!), very comfortable beds, loads of coffee pods (much appreciated!!). Every morning I walked about 4 mins to the greenbank for the most peaceful early dip in the harbour - the BEST way to start the day. Also very easy walking distance to some great pubs and cafes. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again. Absolutely not an essential, but I realised I had forgotten hair conditioner- having shampoo and conditioner in the house would have been a nice bonus. Also just note that whilst the bedrooms have a glorious view, the patio doesn’t (it is very quiet and nice to sit out if an evening though!).
