the area was nice, near the beach, easy to get to. very modern inside, had everything you could need. nice view and area to sit outside, very private a bit of a maze to get to the appartment once in the building, could do with a few signs for directions to the lift, not the owners fault, just what the building itself needs

Great location, parking at the house (very good to have in Falmouth), clearly lots of thought put into making this a great home from home for guests. It had plenty of space for our family of four (my kids delighted to have a room each!), very comfortable beds, loads of coffee pods (much appreciated!!). Every morning I walked about 4 mins to the greenbank for the most peaceful early dip in the harbour - the BEST way to start the day. Also very easy walking distance to some great pubs and cafes. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again. Absolutely not an essential, but I realised I had forgotten hair conditioner- having shampoo and conditioner in the house would have been a nice bonus. Also just note that whilst the bedrooms have a glorious view, the patio doesn’t (it is very quiet and nice to sit out if an evening though!).

Very clean and well presented. Had all the facilities I required for my one night stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. The proprietors were friendly, helpful and welcoming. I didn’t find anything to be dissatisfied with.

The house is very clean with almost everything you need. the location is convenient to most of the places and beaches. The landlord is resposive to requests during the stay. overall very good for family with kids. the curtain is quite thin.

Great, central location. Plenty of food places nearby, and a local supermarket. Well equipped kitchen/ apartment. Lift made it easier for our less able member to access the apartment. Was very warm in the apartment, but the weather was exceptional! But coolers were provided in all the bedrooms.

Die Betten waren sehr bequem.Genügend Stauraum für Kleidung, auch eine extra Garderobe.Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet.Die Lage war angenehm.Es gab auch einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Apartment. Stylistisch war es gut, allerdings die Pappkartons als Bücher dekoriert waren etwas fehl am Platz.

We had a lovely stay in The Little Pines , it’s beautifully decorated , in great location , close to the beach and not too far from the center . Host is very helpful and friendly . Highly recommend! Our dog also enjoyed the holiday . Thank you for having us -

This little house was tastefully decorated, full or character, clean and cosy. It is in a great location, close to town, walkable to the beach and with good pubs and cafes and a convenience store on the doorstep. It also has spare dog bowls which was thoughtful, and take-out reusable insulated mugs; great to take to the beach at the crack of dawn. It also had the BEST shower AND parking which is notoriously tricky at times in Falmouth. This was NOT a problem for us, and didn't cause any issues or detract from the house in any way, but due to the steepness of the stairs, It might not be perfect for an elderly guest or anyone else with mobility issues.

Location was beautiful. This is a very comfortable apartment overlooking the harbour. We had everything we needed. Would stay here again. Students were noisy leaving the carpark on Friday and Saturday night, Sunday was quiet.
