Parking: While the apartment does not come with dedicated parking, several public parking options are available nearby. Or you can also look to find free parking a few of the streets nearby. Public Transport: Excellent transport links are within easy reach, with Falmouth Town railway station just a short walk away. Accessibility: Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Noise: As we're centrally located, the apartment is very close to several bars, pubs and clubs. So you may experience some late-night noise. While we're not situated directly on the high street side, there is a car park to the rear, which could occasionally contribute to the ambient sounds. Events: During Falmouth Week in August and the Sea Shanty festival each year, festivities may slightly alter the usual view from the apartment. Marquees might be set up in the car park between the flat and the sea at the rear for various events. Therefore, please note that your typical view could be temporarily affected during this period. ***Events 2025*** Sea Shanty Festival 13th-15th June Falmouth Week 8th-17th August PARKING While there's no designated parking for the apartment block, you can use the large public car park right below the building, it's called Church Street Carpark. A perfect central location with lovely harbour sunrise views. Convenient for shops/ferry’s and only a few minutes walk from station and nearby beaches. As per other reviews. Noisy car park nearby with late night activity- given time of year… we had firework fights in the car park… unfortunately not the fault of the property owners. Single flight of stairs and well stocked with basic cooking essentials including Tabasco for oysters! Thanks for a great stay and providing travel cot. Would stay again

Great location overlooking the bay and directly on the high street. Well appointed and decorated apartment with Juliet windows in both rooms with great views. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits on arrival were welcome. A little noise at night in the car park and the car park lights are very bright shining direct into the rooms - blackout curtains in the bedroom help but bring an eye mask if you are used to dark skies. Car parking is very convenient but expensive, particularly in the summer. If you stay longer than three days a weekly ticket is the most cost effective.

Find us

Falmouth is very walkable, with beaches, shops, cafes and attractions all within easy reach on foot. If you are driving, there are large car parks throughout the town as well as at Gylly Beach, Swanpool Beach and Maenporth Beach. Many nearby streets also offer free parking, although these spaces can be harder to find during the busy summer months. With public parking below the apartment (Church Street Carpark), you can leave the car behind and explore Falmouth at a slower pace. For those who prefer not to drive, there are plenty of local taxis along with regular buses and ferries that connect you to nearby towns and attractions.
