Other Details to Note
Parking: While the apartment does not come with dedicated parking, several public parking options are available nearby. Or you can also look to find free parking a few of the streets nearby. Public Transport: Excellent transport links are within easy reach, with Falmouth Town railway station just a short walk away. Accessibility: Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Noise: As we're centrally located, the apartment is very close to several bars, pubs and clubs. So you may experience some late-night noise. While we're not situated directly on the high street side, there is a car park to the rear, which could occasionally contribute to the ambient sounds. Events: During Falmouth Week in August and the Sea Shanty festival each year, festivities may slightly alter the usual view from the apartment. Marquees might be set up in the car park between the flat and the sea at the rear for various events. Therefore, please note that your typical view could be temporarily affected during this period. ***Events 2025*** Sea Shanty Festival 13th-15th June Falmouth Week 8th-17th August PARKING While there's no designated parking for the apartment block, you can use the large public car park right below the building, it's called Church Street Carpark.
