About

A one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Falmouth, with harbour views through tall French doors and coffee close at hand. Watch the boats. Wander into town.

Good to know

Look out across Falmouth Harbour, with Church Street’s cafés and restaurants just outside. Headland View sleeps 2, with a king-size bed and tall French doors framing the water. Make yourself at home The harbour gives you plenty to watch from the sofa. Floor-to-ceiling French doors bring light into the living space, with views across the water towards St Mawes. There’s a smart TV with streaming services, fibre WiFi and board games for evenings in. A Nespresso coffee machine takes care of the first cup of the day. The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, along with cookware and utensils for meals at home. There’s also a washer-dryer, iron and ironing board. A good night's sleep The bedroom has a king-size bed, fresh linens and storage space, so you can unpack and make yourself comfortable. Freshen up The bathroom has a shower, with towels and complimentary toiletries provided. There’s a hairdryer, too. Out and about Headland View sits on Church Street in central Falmouth, with independent shops, cafés, bakeries, pubs and restaurants close by. Head out for breakfast, spend an afternoon around the harbour or walk to the National Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle and Gyllyngvase Beach. You’ll have the whole apartment to yourselves, with self-check-in and arrival instructions provided before your stay.

Other Details to Note

Other details to note Parking There’s no dedicated parking for the apartment. Church Street public car park is directly below the building and charges apply. Free on-street spaces nearby are subject to availability and restrictions, particularly during the busy summer months. Ask us before your stay if you’d like advice on parking options and current charges. Access The apartment is on the first floor. If you have any questions about access, get in touch before booking so we can help you decide whether it suits your needs. Town-centre noise The central location means you may hear late-night noise from nearby bars, pubs and clubs. The apartment faces the harbour rather than the high street, but activity in the car park below can also be audible. Festivals and events During Falmouth Week, the Sea Shanty Festival and other waterfront events, marquees may be set up between the apartment and the harbour, temporarily affecting the view. Live music can continue until around midnight on some evenings. If you’re considering a stay around a festival, ask us what’s happening nearby before booking.

Well equipped and spotlessly clean, great central location and lovely sea views Noisy carpark below on Friday and especially Saturday nights, boy racers and teenagers until the early hours. No problem on Sunday, so assume weekday nights are ok.

Location was beautiful. This is a very comfortable apartment overlooking the harbour. We had everything we needed. Would stay here again. Students were noisy leaving the carpark on Friday and Saturday night, Sunday was quiet.

Great location overlooking the bay and directly on the high street. Well appointed and decorated apartment with Juliet windows in both rooms with great views. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits on arrival were welcome. A little noise at night in the car park and the car park lights are very bright shining direct into the rooms - blackout curtains in the bedroom help but bring an eye mask if you are used to dark skies. Car parking is very convenient but expensive, particularly in the summer. If you stay longer than three days a weekly ticket is the most cost effective.
