A light, open and airy apartment with contemporary interiors and a relaxed coastal feel. Its south-west facing position fills the space with natural light and brings beautiful sunsets in the evening. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area leads onto a spacious balcony with ocean views across the bay and gardens below. The south-west facing balcony is the perfect place to unwind – ideal for morning coffee or sunset drinks. It features two sun loungers and an outdoor dining table, perfect for relaxing in the sea air or enjoying dinner with a view. The living area includes a comfortable sofa, coffee table and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and essentials, plus a washer/dryer for longer stays. The king bedroom is calm and comfortable with wardrobe storage and balcony access. From the bed you can catch glimpses of the ocean through the south-west facing windows. Bathroom with bath and shower over, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Balcony • Please take care on the balcony and do not throw anything over the edge. • Children must be supervised at all times. Parking • The apartment includes one designated parking space. • Please park only in the allocated space. Respect the Property • Please treat the apartment with care and leave it in a reasonable condition when you depart. • Any damage or breakages should be reported to us as soon as possible. Lost Keys • Lost keys may incur a replacement charge.
