Gorgeous little place, private and beautifully designed. All of the furnishings were really high quality, and Ali was a very responsive host. The sauna was a great touch too, surprisingly easy to use.

Well positioned, well appointed, well equipped, very well presented and a great host. We really enjoyed our stay; plenty to do in and around Flushing and Falmouth, including bar and beach activities. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s in a great location for exploring Falmouth and nearby areas. It was spotless and exactly like the pictures on the listing. The host was great at communicating. The private parking slot was also such a treat. We would definitely return!

Our stay was perfect. Ali was very proactive in suggesting up front that we add the use of the sauna to our stay, which was a wonderful addition after walking and exploring Falmouth all day. We made full use of it. Ali even offered to drop by with fire wood for the fireplace as the weather was forecasted to cool down in the evening. The space had everything we needed for a very comfortable holiday.

Place was amazing very clean and comfy, very comfy bed and toiletries, tea coffee supplies which was a nice touch! Very easy access to Falmouth town, beaches and shops. If I had any drawback it would be that it was very noisy in the car park below at night we were woken up by shouting people but this is entirely out of the hosts control, overall would stay again was a great trip

I had a really good stay here! The place was super clean and well taken care of, which made it very comfortable. The location is also great — there’s a bus stop just around the corner and a grocery store nearby, which made everything really convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely stay in Falmouth! The property is well located with lots of amenities in walking distance. The bed was super comfy and the house had everything we needed. Great manual with lots of helpful recommendations

Fabulous stay and location, a real home from home; you could want for nothing as the house is beautifully styled with extremely thoughtful touches including umbrellas, bathroom supplies, plenty of up-to-date magazines and books, and a fantastically equipped kitchen! Ali and Becky were super friendly, responsive, and importantly, proactive in their communication. It's a really super house, sleeps 6 very comfortably with plenty of space and represents excellent value for money. Flushing itself is a special village, just across the water from Falmouth and the ferry links. With three excellent pubs/restaurants in easy walking distance, it was a pleasure not be in the car all the time. Would highly recommend the house and the whole booking experience - there aren't many Air BnBs which are so thoughtfully hosted, a real home from home.

I loved staying in Penryn at Ali's space! The bed is super comfortable and it certainly matches the description. Very accessible to public transit, university, and Falmouth. Ali was very responsive when my plans changed as well, which was much appreciated. Hope to stay again! Thanks Ali!!

Ali's place was perfect for our stay and made different areas of Cornwall easily accessible. It was well positioned, immaculate, very comfortable and well equiped (the reclining sofas were bliss after a long days walk!). The view from the rear bedrooms was lovely to wake up to and the parking space such a bonus. Very easy and nice walk into Falmouth, a pretty harbour town with plenty of good places to eat and amenities. There was a very useful folder in the house detailing lots of infomation about the property itself and the surrounding area. Communication with Ali was excellent, he was the perfect host - we would definitely stay again!
