What a fantastic stay at Kimberly Cottage. Everything was exactly as expected and warm and cosy as soon as we arrived! The gas fire was a lovely feature for winter nights in! I would defiantly recommend and would love to stay again in the future!

Loved staying here! Was a beautiful space to be in with lots of little touches that made us feel at home. We loved the fire and being able to have a daily sauna after a sea swim 😍 The layout worked brilliantly and meant that even though we stayed for a week full week it never felt cramped. The mini oven was a great addition and meant we could have a few easy meals without needing to go out. Would highly recommend!

Ali’s place was lovely, it was clean and tidy, with delicate smelling diffusers. When there was a little hiccup with an appliance which you can never predict, Ali was very quick to sort it out and fix it. He was attentive and checked in to make sure everything was okay. We had a wonderful time away and would book with Ali again in the future

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage — it was perfect for us! The place has real wow factor as soon as you walk in. It’s bright, spacious, spotless, and has everything you need. The underfloor heating kept it warm and cosy, and the log burner was amazing for a relaxing night in. The location is central and easy to find. Ali was a fantastic host from start to finish — friendly, responsive, and quick to reply to messages. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We had a fantastic stay. The hosts were genuinely welcoming and made everything easy from start to finish. The place was spotless, comfortable, and in a really convenient spot for getting around Falmouth. The sauna was a brilliant bonus, perfect way to unwind after a day out. Overall, a great experience and we’d happily stay again.

A perfect central location with lovely harbour sunrise views. Convenient for shops/ferry’s and only a few minutes walk from station and nearby beaches. As per other reviews. Noisy car park nearby with late night activity- given time of year… we had firework fights in the car park… unfortunately not the fault of the property owners. Single flight of stairs and well stocked with basic cooking essentials including Tabasco for oysters! Thanks for a great stay and providing travel cot. Would stay again

Superbly located, a stones throw away from the beach and excellent eateries. We stayed for 2 nights with a dog, and found the accomadation had everything we needed. The hosts were attentive providing thorough itineries of places to check out and try; which was most useful. The space is clean and private, being fully self contained with a dog safe garden. We'd stay here again. A*

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property in Mylor Churchtown. It’s light, airy, and surrounded by stunning views. The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were cosy and comfortable, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Ali, the host was incredibly considerate and would check in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. He also provided useful information about Mylor town, local places to eat, boat trips and enjoyable coastal walks etc. We had a lovely stay and we are very much looking forward to returning as soon as we can.

Off road parking which is very useful in Falmouth. Clean, tidy and warm accommodation with all resources in working order. Very comfortable bed. Ali responded very quickly to all are enquiries.
