The place is lovely and spacious. One of the nights we had a film on, fireplace lit, was blissful! Every facility you could need, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Great place, would absolutely stay again!

lovely small, warm cottage with woodburner making it a lovely winter destination. Great location for town and restaurants without the need to use the car. Parking a bonus in a town location. Hosts link for attractions, especially the dog friendly section was ideal.

A lovely clean beautiful space that was extremely private with no sense of being overlooked from the house (which is rare, as I've found many annexes arent as private as they seem in the photos). Hosts were friendly and proactive and the outside space and private sauna were amazing and really added value. We splashed out on this as a treat, so it was really great to have a basic kitchenette as we could cook a proper breakfast in the morning to keep costs down. Enough wood for one night was provided (nice and dry) but we brought our own logs too so we could stoke it up both nights. Very walkable to beach (5mins) and town (15 mins). A lot of care has gone into making and keeping this place nice - would definitely recommend. Only thing we would change is having an option of softer/dimable lighting as the 2 lights on the wall by the bed are still v bright - but that's just our preference rather than any fault of theirs.

Lovely Little place for a weekend away. Ali was excellent and answered all queries immediately. We didn’t have a tea towel and he arranged for 2 to be delivered to the property even though I said it was. It necessary. I would highly recommend Ali an the property

A simple but cosy single room annex with quality shower room and kitchenette, very comfy bed and private enclosed outside area. We were made very welcome - including our two dogs! The additional sauna was great value and really added to our weekend escape. It was easy to park on the road outside, walking distance to two great beaches with cafes and great Cornish vibes - think cold water swimmers, surfers and lots of happy dogs! The town is close by foot and has plenty of interest with quirky shops and groovy pubs. A fabulous place for a weekend break. Highly recommended.

We had such a great stay at the annex in Falmouth. The facilities were excellent, the place was incredibly clean, and everything you could possibly need was already provided, which made the whole stay feel really easy and relaxed. We opted for the sauna package and it was honestly incredible. Being able to swim in the ocean and then come back to warm up in the sauna was such a treat, especially with the beach being so close by. It felt like the perfect balance of comfort and coastal escape. Would absolutely recommend and would love to come back.

Ali really was a superhost. He was so friendly, kind and helpful in arranging our accommodation following storm Goretti so that we could still attend a family funeral which had to be re-scheduled. Both properties were superb, with everything you might possibly need. True home from home!

Had a really lovely stay! Communication was on point and the space exceeded expectation! Clean, practical, perfect for a little get away. Would highly recommended booking the sauna extra. What a treat! Heats up within 15 minutes and an absolute dream to have on your doorstep! 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you for being such great hosts!

Stayed here for 2 nights for work in December. Apartment was immaculate and really well presented. Communication with the host was fantastic and they apartment is perfect for visiting Falmouth for either work or pleasure. Will definitely be staying here again!
